I made this by hand sewing a design using cotton yarn and a plastic canvas cut to fit ACEO blanks. This box is 4x3x2inches and holds about 50 sheets of hand cut watercolor paper. #handmadeart #fiberart

I hated the wide waist band on the black shorts, and the patterned print shorts waist band elastic had given out. I’ve had these shorts in my closet for over 10 years and I love the worn in feeling. A quick trim to the black shorts and some serging I now have a two functional pairs of shorts I love

This project found every single thing that could go wrong with my sewing machine. Truly a test of patience and dedication.
