「博多ぐるまき」って名前は聞くけど、届いたあとに“どう温めたら一番おいしい？”で迷う人も多いと思います。私も最初は電子レンジで済ませたくなったんですが、説明書にもある通りレンチンは身（皮）が締まりやすく、カリッと感が出にくかったです。結論、フライパンかグリルがいちばん安定でした。 まず冷凍の串（たまり味・塩味）を袋から出して、私は「半解凍」くらいにしてから焼く派です。完全解凍より衛生面が気にならず、冷凍のままより時短。フライパンは油をひかず、弱火でじっくり転がします。ポイントは“出てくる脂をこまめに拭く”こと。キッチンペーパーで軽く吸うと、表面がベタつかずツヤが出て、最後にカリッとした食感に寄ります。 電気グリル（魚焼きグリルでもOK）を使うと、さらに香ばしさが出て「屋台っぽい」仕上がりに。串が焦げやすいので、最初は弱め〜中火で様子見して、色が付いたら少し火を落として中まで温めると失敗しにくいです。網に脂が落ちるので、受け皿にアルミを敷いておくと片付けがラクでした。 味の違いもメモ。たまり醤油味はコクと甘みがしっかりで、ご飯にもビールにも合う“濃いめの満足感”。塩味はシンプルに皮の旨味が出て、レモンや柚子胡椒をちょい足しすると最後まで飽きません。私は交互に食べると無限にいける感じでした。 あと、20本セットみたいに本数が多い場合は、食べる分だけ出して残りはすぐ冷凍庫へ戻すのがおすすめ。霜が付くと焼きムラが出やすいので、取り出したら手早く。温め終わったら、串を少し休ませる（1〜2分置く）と脂が落ち着いて、外カリ感がキープされました。 「博多ぐるまき」は、作り方（焼いては寝かせる工程を繰り返す）のおかげで脂がしつこくなく、意外と食べやすいのも魅力。家で“博多の焼き鳥気分”を味わいたい人は、フライパン弱火＋脂取りだけ押さえればかなり再現できます。
