I REALLY did not want to get out of the house today but I forced myself to go for a walk! 🚶‍♀️

Walking outside is a nice reset for my brain and always elevates my mood 😌

I threw on my headphones and listened to Mel Robbin’s while Theo 🐶 got some fresh air!
