New month, new goals! 🌟 This November, I’m leveling up my routine with these daily goals:

🚶‍♀️ 12,000 steps for staying active

🍗 120g of protein and 🥦 30g of fiber to fuel my body

💧 3L of water for hydration

📚 Finishing one nonfiction book to keep growing my mind
