In retrospect I’m really glad I know now because the symptoms I was having were not fun especially the eczema!!
I miss wheat so much but since I grew up with allergies I’m used to being limited in what I eat.
I strongly recommend getting allergy testing done if you’re experiencing symptoms with your skin or gut!
