Supplements for hormone balance ✨
I struggle with hormonal cystic acne on my jaw line & painful periods. I’ve gotten blood work done & my testosterone is on the higher side & my progesterone was a little low.
I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS but I’m kinda treating my symptoms like I do! So I’m trying to reduce the effects of higher testosterone + estrogen.
I notice I’m more sensitive to histamine (allergies) around ovulation because that’s when estrogen is the highest. So nettle & DIM help me out to bring estrogen down. Estrogen & histamine make another worse!
I’ve been using these for a few months & I’ve seen my acne get a lot better!! Remember that gettubg blood work done is key to knowing what’s going on internally!
I hope these can help you 🫶🏻

When managing hormonal imbalances, several natural supplements can support your journey. DIM (Diindolylmethane) is known for regulating estrogen metabolism, promoting a healthier hormonal balance by reducing excess estrogen levels. Nettle leaf acts as a natural antihistamine and supports the liver while blocking excess estrogen. Additionally, Saw Palmetto is essential for reducing the androgenic effects of testosterone, helping with acne and hair thinning by blocking DHT. Consistently integrating these supplements into your routine may enhance your overall hormonal health. Always consult with a healthcare provider when beginning any new supplement regimen. To maximize the effectiveness of these supplements, consider lifestyle adjustments as well. Eating a balanced diet rich in whole foods, managing stress through practices like yoga or mindfulness, and maintaining regular exercise can significantly contribute to hormonal balance. Furthermore, keeping track of your symptoms and blood work results will provide insights into your specific needs. Engaging in supportive communities or forums where experiences and tips are shared can also empower you on this journey towards better hormonal health.
