my daily routine for a summer glow up:

☀️ go outside & get some vitamin D! Instead of staying in bed & scrolling, get up, put on a work out set & go on a walk before it gets too hot!

Natural sunlight in our eyes first thing is so good for our circadian rhythm!

🍳 make breakfast! I try to eat 30-60 minutes after I wake up so my blood sugar doesn’t drop.

Try to eat cooling foods since it’s so hot outside! Fruit is hydrating & cooling so I like to make smoothies, fruit water, slushes, and iced tea 🧋

🛁 i always shower in the mornings & do skin care! I love hyaluronic acid because it’s very hydrating & helps me be less oily! + don’t forget the SPF!

🏋️ I’m trying to strength train more often so I’ve been going to the gym at night since it’s less busy during the summer! Working out is so good for my mental health as well as physical!

🌮 cooking at home is key to eating healthy! Eating out can be expensive + you don’t have a lot of control of quality or weird added ingredients. At home, you know exactly what’s in your food plus you can meal prep to make things easier!
