... Read moreFor maintaining hormone health, consider the following supplements: 1. **Omega-3 Fatty Acids**: Helpful for reducing bad cholesterol and boosting the good types, Omega-3s are vital for heart and hormone health. 2. **DIM (Diindolylmethane)**: This supplement supports estrogen detoxification and can aid in balancing hormone levels, especially beneficial for those experiencing estrogen dominance. 3. **Methylfolate (B9)**: A more biologically active form of folate, it’s crucial for DNA synthesis and plays a role in hormone production. 4. **Vitamin D3**: Many people are deficient in Vitamin D, which is essential for hormone function and overall health. Supplementing can help support optimal levels. 5. **Probiotics and Prebiotics**: These aid in maintaining a balanced gut microbiome, which is linked to hormone balance and overall well-being. Daily usage can promote vaginal health as well. Integrating these supplements with nutrient-dense foods can further enhance hormonal balance.
