I used think only drinking celery juice every morning for breakfast made me a health queen 😅
BUT all it it did was leave me starving by 10am, anxious, bloated, and making my stomach hurt the rest of the day 😂
My hormones + blood sugar were craving real nourishment in the morning!
I needed more than just a juice! Juice is full of antioxidants but it’s missing protein and healthy fats + the fiber from fruits/veggies is stripped away in juice form! Now I add something with protein + fiber with a juice or smoothie like eggs, greek yogurt, a protein smoothie, oats with chia… literally anything that give my body a foundation.
If this works for you, great! It just did not work for me 🤍Remember that wellness is about how you feel!!

I think it depends I know some people that don’t like breakfast so that is all they eat but i do agree in most instances it isn’t healthy
