My boyfriend and I used to go to the beach every year and walk the boardwalk. There was this one little fun house that you could walk in that you had to feel your way through because there were no lights and it twisted and turned and went up and down and curtain. It was just a crazy little walk-through that you had to do in the dark. At the very end, there was a light that came on when you stepped on this big metal, vibrating plate and then you had to curve your way around to get out the exit. There was a loudspeaker outside so people outside could hear what was going on inside. The next summer when we went, we took his brother and his brother‘s girlfriend and they had never been in there so we decided to go in. We were all just a wee bit inebriated. My boyfriend‘s brother went first. I went after him. His girlfriend went after me and my boyfriend came in last. Towards the end, I heard the vibrating plate go off when my boyfriend’s brother stepped on it so I knew I was close to the end, but when I got to the end when I stepped on the vibrating plate and the light came on somebody and this horrific mask stepped out with a chainsaw! I hit top speed in less than 0.1 second and ran straight into a wall so hard that it broke my nose and I flew back and I hit my head on a cement floor and immediately peed my pantsand I got up and started running again and I went out through the exit door with blood pouring down my shirt, my jeans, wet to my knees my boyfriend‘s brother standing there looking at me in a war and all I could hear was my boyfriend saying Ellen, why are you sitting on that vibrating plate lol. I don’t know how many people my broken nose and pee pants. Got curious enough to walk through there, but we had to go back to the motel so I could clean up and change my clothes. That is by far the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me in my life and I cannot believe I just made it public on social media. Congratulations lol
