Before using it, remember to open the Always on Top feature in PowerToys first. Otherwise, press the key shortcut Win + Ctrl + T and it won't work.
📍 Go to
PowerToys → Always on Top → Open Enable Always on Top
After opening,
⌨️ Press Win + Ctrl + T to "lock" the window.
Press again to "cancel."
