GROW YOUR GLUTES ✨
1. Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) – 4 sets x 12 Stretch + activate those hamstrings and glutes. 2. Bulgarian Split Squats – 3 sets x 10 each leg Take your time. Use a chair or bench. Slow = booty growth. 3. Hip Thrusts – 4 sets x 12–15 Weight optional but highly recommended. Pause at the top!
