As of lately I have been struggling mentally with work, and life in general. It’s been tough having panic attacks at work and home. Thankfully working in the education system I have been given a spring break. I took the time to have some me time. Got my nails done. Finally cleaned my room. Caught up with some homework. It feels great! So take a moment stop what you’re doing and focus on you. It may be the simplest things just to get out of bed. But you did it.
