Hey hey, I made it to day 2! I’m proud of myself for getting through the mental space I found myself fighting through this past 3-4 weeks. Had my first counseling session in a long time today and I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was anxious about it. It was A LOT of overthinking involved just for it
