ถ้าคุณกำลังวางแผนไปเที่ยวจีนและอยากหาของกินที่ถูกปากเหมือนตั้งใจไปกินที่ร้านอาหารของคนจีนแท้ ๆ แต่ยังคงความคุ้นเคยกับรสชาติที่ถูกใจคนไทย ร้าน "หยวนจี" เป็นตัวเลือกที่ผมแนะนำมากค่ะ เพราะที่นี่ถือเป็นร้านเกี๊ยวที่มีชื่อเสียงมายาวนานตั้งแต่ปี 1946 มีสาขากระจายหลายเมืองรวมถึงฮ่องกง ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความนิยมและคุณภาพของอาหารที่ลูกค้าไว้วางใจ ส่วนตัวผมชอบเมนูเกี๊ยวที่มีให้เลือกหลายไส้ ทั้งหมู เซเลอรี่ ผักกาดขาว กุ้ง และไข่กุ้ง เป็นอะไรที่ลงตัวมากสำหรับคนชอบทานเกี๊ยวแบบต่าง ๆ ที่ร้านมีเมนูซุปให้อารมณ์ทั้งซุปรสอ่อนและรสเผ็ดร้อนแบบแซ่บจัดจ้าน ซึ่งเหมาะกับคนไทยที่ชอบรสชาติกระตุ้นความหิว อย่างเกี๊ยวคลุกและเกี๊ยวน้ำเผ็ดที่มีในร้านจะทำให้คุณติดใจจนอยากสั่งซ้ำทุกครั้ง ที่สะดวกมาก ๆ คือการสั่งอาหารผ่าน QR Code บนโต๊ะ สามารถแปลภาษาเป็นอังกฤษได้ในแอปพลิเคชัน ทำให้คนไทยอย่างเราสั่งอาหารได้ง่ายขึ้น โดยราคาเริ่มต้นเพียงประมาณ 70 บาทไทยต่อชาม ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามากเมื่อเทียบกับความสดใหม่และรสชาติที่จัดจ้าน นอกจากนี้บรรยากาศในร้านก็สะอาดและน่านั่งมาก ทั้งโต๊ะกลุ่มและที่นั่งบาร์สำหรับคนมาเดี่ยว ร้านยังมีครัวเปิดให้เห็นพนักงานห่อเกี๊ยวสด ๆ ทำให้รู้สึกมั่นใจในคุณภาพและความสดของอาหารมากขึ้น จุดนี้เป็นจุดที่ผมประทับใจและอยากแนะนำให้คนที่วางแผนเที่ยวเซี่ยงไฮ้หรือเมืองต่าง ๆ ในจีนได้ลองแวะไปชิมดูค่ะ สำหรับใครที่กังวลเรื่องความแตกต่างของรสชาติ หรือไม่คุ้นชินกับอาหารจีนแบบดั้งเดิม ร้านหยวนจีตอบโจทย์นี้ได้ดี ด้วยการมีตัวเลือกเมนูรสชาติที่ถูกปากคนไทยโดยเฉพาะ ทั้งแบบรสเผ็ดและรสชาติน้ำซุปอ่อน เป็นการปรับให้เหมาะกับผู้ที่ชอบทานรสจัดและรสกลาง ๆ จึงอยากชวนให้ลองมาสัมผัสบรรยากาศร้านเกี๊ยวจีนแท้ ๆ ที่ถูกใจคนไทยและมีราคาสบายกระเป๋ากันนะครับ
