จากประสบการณ์การไปเยือนร้าน Soup Curry TREASURE ที่ซัปโปโร ผมรู้สึกประทับใจกับความหลากหลายของเมนูที่สามารถปรับระดับความเผ็ดได้ตามชอบ ซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบอาหารรสจัดอย่างคนไทยอย่างมาก ตัวแกงซุปของที่นี่มีเอกลักษณ์คือความใสแต่ยังคงความเข้มข้นของกลิ่นและรสเครื่องเทศแบบฮอกไกโดที่กลมกล่อมและไม่เลี่ยน ไก่ในเมนูนั้นเนื้อใหญ่มากและนุ่มจนแทบละลายในปาก อาหารที่เสิร์ฟมาคู่กับข้าวสีเหลืองและเลมอน ช่วยชูรสชาติให้สดชื่นขึ้น ยิ่งถ้าได้ลองทานคู่กับสลัชชี่เย็นๆ จะช่วยเพิ่มความสดชื่นและช่วยลดความเผ็ดได้อย่างดี สิ่งที่ผมชื่นชอบคือทางร้านยังมีตัวเลือกท็อปปิ้งเพิ่ม เช่น ชีสและหมูทอด ทำให้รสชาติมีมิติและเข้าถึงรสเปรี้ยวเผ็ดหอมที่ไม่เหมือนแกงกะหรี่ญี่ปุ่นทั่วไป ซึ่งเหมาะกับคนไทยมากที่ชอบรสชาติเผ็ดร้อนแต่ยังคงความกลมกล่อม ร้านตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เดินทางสะดวกมาก ใกล้กับย่านช้อปปิ้งและตลาดปลาในซัปโปโร เดินจากสถานี Susukino เพียงไม่กี่นาที ถึงแม้บางช่วงจะมีคิวบ้าง แต่ระยะรอไม่นานและบรรยากาศในร้านก็อบอุ่นและนั่งสบาย โดยรวมแล้ว สำหรับคนที่อยากลิ้มลองซุปแกงกะหรี่ฮอกไกโดที่รสชาติจัดจ้านแต่ยังคงความเข้มข้นและกลมกล่อม ผมขอแนะนำร้าน Soup Curry TREASURE เป็นตัวเลือกแรกที่ควรไปลองจริงๆ
