Additionally, complementing SL workouts with mobility exercises and low-impact activities like swimming or cycling can enhance healing and reduce pain. Remember, consistency and patience are key. My knee strength improved gradually, and continuing this regimen allowed me to regain mobility and protect my knee ligaments effectively.
