📒Notes: Dinner been cooked Coconut rice (Homemade) with ginger. Onion, carrot, horseradish, curry, chilli, capsicum coloured. Then iceberg lettuce, with cucumber. Beef Mince 1kg makes a meal for 5 people. Extra : Chilli Mango Sauce for a little tang. Need to balance the heat from chilli so yo

#foodprep #mealsathome Using Alcohol for tendering meats. Washed chicken in Salt and Bicarbonate of Soda to clean of any bacteria for those that have sensitive stomach. Soaked in Mango Habernero flavour to give it a boost in flavour for 3 hours. Better next time to allow for overnight.
