How I Wake Up at 4:30AM Everyday to Workout ✨
This is what has worked for me! I wanted to share in case anybody else is interested in waking up early everyday to get their workout out of the way.

The app I used is called Alarmy! There is a free version, that is all I have ever used.
For some reason, a lot of people go out of their way to tell me that going to bed at 8:30 is unrealistic. It may be! But waking up early is my priority, so I make it realistic.
‼️But please keep in mind that I do not have kids or work late so I’m able to make this work for me. If your schedule is different than mine, it might not work for you!
