For those who want to find a seat and don't like the chaos, we would like to bring out the MIKAKU branch that we went to as a Mini branch, but after that I didn't feel a Mini at all. In front of the store, 3-4 booths at all. This shop saw a lot of Chinese people reviewing to try to eat the "Valrhona Chocolate Trio." They made a very cute pre-production with Whipping Cream and Chocolate Cone. The content line should like each other, but our taste is passive. ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “va_lrhona” แล้วอยากรู้ว่ามันคืออะไรในโลกคาเฟ่ เซี่ยงไฮ้—ส่วนตัวเราเข้าใจว่า “Valrhona” คือช็อกโกแลตแบรนด์ฝรั่งเศสที่คาเฟ่หลายร้านชอบใช้ทำเมนูช็อกโกแลตพรีเมียม (เลยเห็นคำนี้โผล่ในชื่อเมนูบ่อยมาก) ที่ MIKAKU ก็มีเมนูที่คนพูดถึงเยอะอย่าง Valrhona Chocolate Trio ซึ่งจุดเด่นคือการจัดเสิร์ฟแบบน่ารักมาก ถ่ายรูปออกมาดูคอนเทนต์สุดๆ มีวิปครีม ช็อกโกแลต และโคนตกแต่งให้เล่นเลเยอร์ได้หลายคำ จากที่ลองเอง เราแนะนำให้คาดหวัง “ประสบการณ์” มากกว่า “ความเข้มข้นแบบช็อกโกแลตสายดาร์ก” เพราะรสอาจจะไม่ได้หนักหน่วงมากสำหรับคนที่ชอบโกโก้เข้มๆ ถ้าอยากให้กลมขึ้น ลองคนให้ซอส/ช็อกโกแลตด้านล่างผสมกับตัวเครื่องดื่มก่อนจิบ จะได้รสบาลานซ์และหอมขึ้น (อันนี้ช่วยจริง) และถ้าไปช่วงอากาศเย็นๆ เมนูช็อกโกแลตจะยิ่งฟีลดี นั่งชิลหน้าร้านที่เปิดโล่งรับลมสบายๆ ได้เลย อีกเมนูที่เราอยากเชียร์คือ Butter Iced Latte 2.0 กิมมิกได้แรงบันดาลใจจาก Harry Potter ฟีลคล้าย Butter Beer แต่ทำออกมาเป็นกาแฟลาเต้ ท็อปด้วยโฮมเมดบัตเตอร์ครีม ด้านบนจะมีความหอมมัน นัวๆ พอรวมกับกาแฟแล้วกลายเป็นหวานละมุนแบบดื่มง่าย ถ้าใครไม่ถนัดหวาน แนะนำให้ขอหวานน้อย (ถ้าร้านรับปรับ) หรือจิบคู่กับน้ำเปล่าจะช่วยตัดเลี่ยน ทริคการไป MIKAKU ให้ราบรื่น: ร้านนี้บางทีให้สั่งผ่าน QR ที่ลิงก์กับ WeChat ดังนั้นถ้าใครไม่มี/ยังไม่พร้อมใช้ แนะนำเตรียมแปลภาษาจีนไว้ในมือถือ หรือแคปชื่อเมนูภาษาจีนไปให้พนักงานดู (เช่น 人气法芙娜巧克力三重奏 และ Harry Potter的黄油冰拿鉄2.0) จะสื่อสารง่ายขึ้นมาก เรื่องการเดินทาง ถ้าลง Metro สถานี People’s Square ทางออก 6 แล้วเดินต่อไม่ไกล เป็นเส้นที่เดินสนุกเพราะอยู่โซนถนนนานกิง แนะนำไปช่วงเช้าหรือบ่ายแก่ๆ คนจะไม่แน่นเท่าช่วงเย็น และแสงหน้าร้านสวย ถ่ายรูปได้ทั้งหน้าร้านหลายคูหา มุมกระจกป้าย MIKAKU และโทนอินดัสเทรียลผนังปูนในร้านแบบที่เห็นในรูปเลย
