November Reads📚💕
A good amount of dark romance reads for November🖤
Molly Doyle and Leigh Rivers are my all time favorite dark romance authors so I basically through my 10 before the end away to make time to read these books!
The best book in November was definitely Lights Out by Navessa Allen. I have the ebook but did some immersive reading with the audiobook. I’ve been trying to get into audiobooks this year but without a doubt, Lights Out has to be one of the best audiobooks ever!
November was also the month I was able to accomplish my Goodreads goal for the year so December will be the month of finishing up any unread books plus getting my book journal set up for 2025!♥️

As a fellow dark romance enthusiast, I love surrounding myself with the aesthetic of these captivating stories, even on my laptop! If you're like me and constantly searching for ways to bring your favorite reads into your daily life, creating a dark romance-themed wallpaper is a fantastic idea. Imagine having the intense cover of 'Bloodbath' by Molly Doyle, the intriguing art of 'Liar' by Leigh Rivers, or the thrilling design of 'Lights Out' by Navessa Allen greeting you every time you open your device. Many dark romance covers, like 'The Cellar' by Natasha Preston or 'Darker' by E L James, are incredibly striking and lend themselves perfectly to a moody, atmospheric background. Look for covers with deep colors, mysterious figures, or symbolic elements that hint at the story's depth without giving too much away. Pinterest is a treasure trove for finding high-quality book covers and fan-made aesthetic collages that capture the essence of these books. You can also create your own collages using quotes, character art (if available and respectful), or even abstract designs inspired by the book's themes. Think about the dominant color palettes – often dark greys, deep reds, midnight blues – and the overall vibe: suspenseful, passionate, sometimes a touch dangerous. It’s a subtle way to show off your 'naughty bookworm' tendencies without being too overt! Speaking of 'naughty bookworms,' if that term resonates with you, then you're likely drawn to the exhilarating, often taboo, world of dark romance. It's a genre that pushes boundaries, explores complex characters, and isn't afraid to delve into the darker side of love and desire. For those who crave intense emotional journeys and storylines that challenge conventional romance, dark romance offers a thrilling escape. Authors like Molly Doyle and Leigh Rivers, whom I absolutely adore, excel at crafting these morally gray yet utterly compelling narratives. Their heroines often find themselves in precarious situations, drawn to anti-heroes who are dangerous yet undeniably captivating. It's not just about 'spice' (though there's often plenty!), but about the psychological depth and the high stakes involved in these relationships. If you're looking for more recommendations that cater to this 'naughty bookworm' craving, beyond the stellar 'Lights Out' by Navessa Allen, consider exploring authors known for their intense plots and passionate encounters. Books like 'Darker' by E L James, while well-known, certainly fit the bill for exploring darker themes within romance. And while 'Elevation' by Stephen King might not be dark romance, it shows a reader's diverse taste, reminding us that even bookworms who love the dark side enjoy variety. Joining online communities, like those on Lemon8 or Goodreads, is another fantastic way for 'naughty bookworms' to connect, share reviews, and discover hidden gems within the dark romance genre. There's nothing quite like finding your next intense read from a fellow fan who understands exactly what you're looking for in a book.
