BURRATA LOVERS 📍SG ORCHARD

Sweet burrata appetiser

Chewy, crunchy and creamy flavours

... Read moreExploring burrata appetizers at SG Orchard was a truly delightful experience. The combination of sweet apricot, crispy kale, and crunchy nuts paired perfectly with the smooth and creamy burrata cheese. What stood out was how the texture played a key role in enhancing each bite: the creaminess of the burrata balanced with the chewy apricot slices and the crispness of the kale created a complex and satisfying mouthfeel. For those who are fans of innovative dishes, adding nuts introduces an earthy note and extra crunch that really elevates the appetizer beyond the ordinary. It's interesting to note how such simple ingredients come together harmoniously to deliver a multidimensional taste profile — sweet, savory, creamy, and crunchy all at once. I highly recommend trying this combination if you visit SG Orchard or are looking to recreate a similar burrata appetizer at home. Pairing the dish with a light, crisp white wine or a sparkling rosé can complement the flavors beautifully. This appetizer is perfect for sharing and sets the stage for a memorable dining experience focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Overall, this unique burrata appetizer demonstrates how thoughtful ingredient pairing can turn a classic cheese into a vibrant culinary treat. Whether you're a long-time burrata lover or new to this cheese, exploring these flavors will surely satisfy your palate and inspire your next kitchen creation.

I’m SO happy I found this new pasta spot in Orchard. If you’ve been to Italy and tried their pasta before, you’ll know that the pasta here is seriously legit. It tastes like the real thing, and most importantly—it’s affordable!! Staff here were also super nice and we can’t help but want to continue
