Challenges came my way, but each time, I chose to stay grounded and keep moving forward. For me, letting go wasn’t a loss; it was a conscious decision to create room for better things—whether that be healthier boundaries, fresh opportunities, or discovering new versions of myself. One insight I gained was the importance of carrying forward only the lessons that serve my growth, while leaving behind regrets or experiences that no longer align with who I want to be. This mindset helped me maintain balance and approach 2026 gently but decisively. If you’re reflecting on your own year, I encourage you to think about how your responses shaped your journey. Sometimes, releasing what holds us back is the bravest thing we can do. It opens space for transformation and renewal.
