“Cycle Syncing 101: What to Do in Each Phase!!!

Ever feel like your energy, mood, or motivation changes every few days?

That’s because your hormones shift weekly—and syncing your habits with your cycle can change everything.

Here’s how I support myself through each phase:

1. Menstrual (Days 1–5)

Your body is shedding + resting.

→ Rest, reflect, slow down, say no without guilt.

2. Follicular (Days 6–13)

Estrogen is rising = energy boost!

→ Try new things, plan ahead, start projects, light workouts.

3. Ovulatory (Days 14–16)

You’re most vibrant + social!

→ Connect, collaborate, eat clean & protein-rich foods.

4. Luteal (Days 17–28)

Your energy dips—progesterone takes over.

→ Wrap up tasks, go inward, do gentle movement, hydrate.

Your cycle isn’t a burden—it’s your blueprint.

Start tracking it and syncing with it… and you’ll never look at PMS the same way again.

... Read moreUnderstanding your menstrual cycle and its phases is crucial for optimizing your well-being. In the menstrual phase, focus on rest and relaxation. This is a time for reflection and nurturing your body. During the follicular phase, embrace new beginnings—your energy will rise, making it ideal for planning and gentle exercise. The ovulatory phase is when you’ll feel most vibrant and social, so engage in activities that promote connection and collaboration. Prioritize nourishing foods rich in protein to fuel your body. As you transition into the luteal phase, your energy may dip; here, consider journaling your thoughts and practicing gentle movements to maintain balance. Syncing your lifestyle with your cycle can alleviate PMS symptoms and empower you to take control of your health. Start tracking your cycle for deeper insights into your body’s rhythm. By embracing these changes, you can live more harmoniously and make informed choices that align with your body's natural flow.
