How I did it👇🏻

I was on the pill for 15 years

15 years of masking symptoms

15 years of not really knowing what my natural cycle even felt like

And when I finally stopped taking it, my body woke up—and it had a lot to say

I dealt with bloating, fatigue, mood swings, breakouts, brain fog, and digestive issues I couldn’t ignore. My body was inflamed and out of balance— I was living in a body I didn’t recognize anymore

But instead of reaching for another quick fix, I got curious. I started learning how my hormones actually work. I focused on healing my gut. I swapped restrictive dieting for nourishment. I stopped working against my cycle and started syncing with it.

What happened next changed everything.

I dropped the inflammation

My gut started healing

My energy came back

My skin cleared

My moods leveled out

My body started to feel like mine again

And I didn’t do it with expensive protocols or intense restriction—I did it through simple, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes, and by learning to live in sync with my cycle
