✨️ All About Me ✨️

Jumping on this chibi/deformed sketch trend because it’s honestly so cute 😭✨ But honestly… this little trend feels like me in one post 💛

Wellness isn’t just something I talk about online — it’s my everyday life 🌿 From how I eat, move, and take care of my mindset, it’s part of my routine, not just a “phase” or aesthetic. And of course, my little sidekick Mia 🐶 is right there with me through it all… walks, work, chaos, and cozy reset days 🥰

A few things about me:

I’m an extreme extrovert 😂 I’ll literally walk into a social event by myself just to meet new people and make new friends.

I love laughing, making memories, and living life to the fullest 💫

I’m also a huge mama bear 🐻💛 My little family means everything to me, and if anyone messes with my kids… that sweet side gets put on pause real quick 😅

I’m sassy but sweet 💁🏼‍♀️ I’ll always show up for my family and friends.

I’m loyal to a fault — something I’m still learning and growing through because giving your all and getting burned isn’t always easy.

I wear my heart on my sleeve, came from humble beginnings, and I work hard for the things I believe in 💪✨

Just trying to build a life that feels good, balanced, real, full of love, and far from perfect 💛

... Read moreEmbracing a wellness lifestyle in everyday life goes far beyond occasional trends or social media aesthetics. From my personal experience, true wellness involves nurturing both body and soul with consistent, mindful habits. For me, this means prioritizing hydration, enjoying nourishing greens and smoothies, and scheduling moments for different types of movement daily—even simple five-minute resets can significantly boost mood and energy. Having Mia, my loyal dog, by my side turns routine walks into restful and joyful rituals that refresh my mind amid daily chaos. Dogs are fantastic companions who encourage us to get outside, reduce stress, and cultivate a positive outlook—qualities that enhance my overall wellness journey. Another important aspect is embracing imperfection. I've learned to accept that striving for perfection can be counterproductive, and instead focus on progress and resilience. Wearing my heart on my sleeve means being vulnerable, but it fosters genuine connections and personal growth. My extroverted nature pushes me to seek new friendships and experiences, bringing laughter and unforgettable memories along the way. Self-care also extends into setting healthy boundaries, especially as a devoted mama bear. Protecting my loved ones and myself requires emotional strength and learning when to pause and reset. Therapy and mindfulness practices have become invaluable tools in this process, providing clarity and calm. Incorporating these elements into my routine isn’t about a quick fix but building a sustainable lifestyle that feels balanced and fulfilling. Whether it’s sipping coffee with intention, enjoying sunsets, or simply being kind to myself, these daily musts contribute to glowing from within. Wellness isn’t a destination but a dynamic path, and sharing this journey makes it all the more meaningful.

iOS 18! Let’s talk about it!
Every time there’s a new iOS, it does something to my little heart, I start planning in my head how I’m going to use new features to help me not only become more productive at my job or tasks, but also become a better me. I’ll be adding how I plan to use these features at work and or better myself.

This app is about to be deleted from my phone.
I came here for the girls and instead all I’ve gotten is 100’s of men commenting gross things on my posts. This was supposed to be a safe space and I’m honestly about to delete the account and app. #whyideleted #accountdeleted #menaregross #notallmen #unfiltered
