Started this journey in my early 20s and I’ll never turn back. I’m so grateful for the people and opportunities that the most high intentionally placed in my life that allowed not a mindset shift but consistent evolution of my perspective & continuous yearning for knowledge and self development.

It’s not just about one singular thing - not just skincare, not just nutrition, not just the gym, not just reading, not just moving your body. It’s really all of it in bite sized pieces & fitting what works into your life. More importantly - it’s ACTUALLY about how all these things make you FEEL, not look. Period.

Went from deprivation, dieting & counting calories in my early 20s to counting chemicals and sticking to whole, plant based ingredients in not only my food but everything that goes on & around my body in my mid-twenties until now. To all my 30+ babes, it’s never too late to start taking care of your physical, spiritual & WHOLE self. 😊💕🦋
