One of my personal favorite go-to snacks is the Dannon Greek Light +Fit Protein yogurt cups. They are not only low in calories (around 80 calories per cup) but also high in protein and low in sugar, which helps keep me full without causing blood sugar spikes. Pairing these with a few baby-cut Bolthouse Farms carrots and Sabra hummus cups creates a satisfying and fiber-rich snack that supports digestion and fullness. For those who prefer savory options, Argento String Cheese or low moisture mozzarella cheese sticks are fantastic. They offer a good dose of protein and fat, which helps stabilize hunger signals. Portion control is essential, so I usually keep my servings to one or two cheese sticks. Similarly, individual cottage cheese cups with at least 4% milkfat provide a creamy, protein-dense snack that’s easy to find at Walmart. Nuts like Wonderful Pistachios or Diamond Blue Almonds are excellent sources of healthy fats and fiber, crucial for sustained energy. The key is to portion them out—typically about a small handful—to avoid excess calorie intake. Fresh fruits like blueberries add natural sweetness and antioxidants, making them a delightful partner to cheese or nuts.
