Attending Panda Fest 2026 was truly a memorable experience for me as a food lover. The event brought together a variety of Asian-inspired dishes that were both authentic and creatively presented. One standout for me was the soup dumplings, which I would easily rate 10/10 for their delicate skin and flavorful broth. It’s not often you find dumplings that burst with juicy goodness in every bite! The rice cakes were another delightful dish, with a slightly chewy texture and a savory taste that made them a perfect snack. I found the ramen rice cakes especially impressive, combining the warmth and comfort of ramen flavors with the distinct texture of rice cakes, earning my 9/10. A fun surprise was the Korean corn dog, also known as elote, which had a perfect crispy coating and was generously filled—definitely a crowd-pleaser that felt festive and unique. For those with a sweet tooth, the mochi donuts stole the show; their soft and chewy texture paired with a subtle sweetness made them irresistible, and I could easily see why they scored a perfect 100, at least in my book. To wash everything down, the Panda Fest’s lychee and dragon fruit lemonade was refreshing and a vibrant way to cleanse the palate in between bites. The festival had an energetic atmosphere where food was celebrated not just as sustenance but as an art form. Overall, Panda Fest is a must-visit for anyone passionate about exploring diverse and delicious Asian cuisine in one lively place. The only minor downside was one dish I didn’t enjoy much, but it was overshadowed by all the fantastic options available. Highly recommended for foodies looking to indulge in new flavors and festive vibes!
