Arva (Arva) is Aman's regular Italian dining room available in Aman's hotels in many places. Arva's interest lies in the use of seasonal raw materials, seasoned by traditional Italian food culture concepts. For Arva, Mr. Excellent is located on the 9th floor of the hotel.
🤎 The first impression was that the staff were greeted from the front of the hotel with a smile, politeness, and led us to the dining room of Rome Ram. On reaching the dining room, the staff were very good at introducing the menu, very impressed by the service.
🥧 For the food we order, there will be
• Focaccia served with olive oil and balsamic → as welcome bread opening meal
• Carpaccio di Polpo Giant Ink Carpacho Light Refreshing Creating Appetite
• Bigolini al Ragu d'Anatra Soft Thick Strand Pasta with Rich Simmered Duck Sauce
• Branzino snapper that is ripe, not too dry
• Tiramisu sweet end of meal, coffee scented and mascapone
💰 The price of the meal. We went to eat 2 people. Order 2 glasses of wine, including Vat and service charge. The total is about 7,000 baht.
🚗 For anyone who drives here, there is Valet parking, which is very convenient. Don't worry about parking.
ถ้าใครกำลังหาข้อมูล “Aman Nai Lert Bangkok” แล้วอยากได้พิกัดดินเนอร์ที่บรรยากาศดีแบบไม่ต้องคิดเยอะ เราว่า Arva เป็นตัวเลือกที่ค่อนข้างตอบโจทย์ โดยเฉพาะถ้าตั้งใจมาทานแบบโอกาสพิเศษ/ดินเนอร์เดต เพราะบรรยากาศในร้านค่อนข้างหรูแต่ไม่อึดอัด แสงไฟสลัวกำลังดี โต๊ะจัดสวย และเราชอบที่มีครัวเปิดให้เห็นเชฟทำงานด้านหลัง ทำให้รู้สึกคึกคักแต่ยังคงความสงบ ทริคเล็ก ๆ จากที่ไปมา: แนะนำให้จองล่วงหน้าค่ะ (โดยเฉพาะช่วงเย็นวันศุกร์-เสาร์) และถ้ามีโอกาสพิเศษอย่างวันเกิด/วันครบรอบ บอกตอนจองไปเลย บางทีทางร้านจะจัดจานของหวานให้ดูพิเศษขึ้น ฟีลฉลองน่ารักมาก ถ้าอยากได้มู้ดโรแมนติก ลองขอโซนที่เงียบหน่อย จะคุยกันสบายกว่า เรื่องอาหาร ถ้าใครไปครั้งแรก เราว่าเมนูแนว “เริ่มเบา-หนัก-ปิดหวาน” จะเวิร์กมาก เริ่มจาก welcome bread อย่าง focaccia ที่มากับน้ำมันมะกอกและบัลซามิก เปิดมื้อดีสุด ๆ แล้วตามด้วยจานเรียกน้ำย่อยที่สดชื่นอย่าง carpaccio di polpo (หมึกยักษ์สไลซ์บาง ๆ กับผักร็อกเก็ต มะเขือเทศ มะกอก) ช่วยให้มื้อไม่เลี่ยน จานหลักส่วนตัวชอบพาสต้า Bigolini al Ragu d’Anatra ที่ซอสเป็ดเคี่ยวค่อนข้างเข้มข้น เหมาะกับคนชอบรสลึก ๆ และถ้าสั่งปลาอย่าง branzino ก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่บาลานซ์ เพราะเนื้อปลานุ่มและไม่หนักเกินไป ปิดท้ายด้วย tiramisu หอมกาแฟและมาสคาโปเน่ เป็นของหวานที่ปลอดภัย สั่งได้แทบทุกโต๊ะ งบประมาณ: ถ้าไป 2 คนและมีสั่งไวน์คนละแก้ว โดยรวม (รวม VAT + service charge) จะอยู่โซนประมาณที่เราเจอราว ๆ 7,000 บาท ซึ่งถือว่าเป็น fine dining ในโรงแรมระดับนี้ ถ้าอยากคุมงบ แนะนำลดเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์หรือเลือกสั่ง 2-3 จานแชร์กันก็พออิ่มได้ การเดินทาง/ที่จอดรถก็สบายมาก เพราะมี valet parking ไม่ต้องวนหาที่จอดเอง เหมาะกับวันที่อยากแต่งตัวสวย ๆ แล้วไปทานข้าวแบบชิล ๆ ในโซน Aman Nai Lert Bangkok จริง ๆ ค่ะ
