High Protein homemade ice - cream🍦

This was absolutely the best ice cream I’ve ever had/made and you NEED to try this if you’re a mint chocolate chip fan. This yields 3 servings and all together is an entire pint of ice cream.

RECIPE🍦

A2 Protein Whole milk (630ml)

Vanilla whey powder (68g)

Mini chips (36g)

Peppermint extract (1tsp)

Green food coloring (6 drops)

This is the simplest recipe and it is so worth it. Combine all your ingredients except for the chocolate chips at first. After combining and mixing the ingredients put in the freezer over night (at-least 10-15 hours). When you go to mix use the sorbet option for a super creamy texture and add in your mini chips when you’re ready to mix in.

For reference the most popular Ben and Jerry’s ice cream is their cookie dough flavor and these are the macros:

-1140 calories

-129g carbs

-60g fat

-15g protein

You CANNOT compare the two and the homemade tastes EQUALLY a good for it being way healthier. Try out this recipe and let me know how you like it 🍦🫶
