ðïļ "A good Outing is an Outing that goes to eat, sleep, go home, finish."
When Mandatory Fun is poison and "freedom" is the gift the employee needs the most.
At the end of the year, in addition to the bonus season, it is also the season of corporate activities, New Year parties, staff thanks parties, gift raffles, and indispensable "Company Out."
In the executive corner, Outing is the key stage to "dissolve behavior," strengthen relationships, cross line walls, and unite teams in the long run. Many organizations expect trips of just a few days. It serves as the equivalent of a full-year Team Building training.
But in the corner of modern employees, especially Introvert line people or people who work with high concentration power, a small number of Outing are seen as
"Overtime in a Touring Model"
I live in the working world on both sides as an employee and an executive. What is obvious is that the meaning of the word "Outing" for the younger generation has completely changed from an activity that was interpreted as a "reward," gradually becoming an unconscious "social burden," and if the organization is thinking the same way, an activity intended to create love can become a catalyst for "quiet fatigue" that undermines long-term team engagement.

ðĨ "Mandatory Fun" Trap: When Fun Becomes a Burden
Traditional Outing Memories, Often Filled With Tight Timetables, Like A Mobility Seminar
* Morning: 9 temples of worship, or ritual activities that all must be accompanied by early morning.
* Afternoon: Team Building by the Beach Color Divided Color Sports Race in the Sun Race Shouting Slogan
* Cool: Fancy parties. Force each department show. Who doesn't take the stage is considered "uncooperative."
* Late at night: Call Brainstorming, because the executive sees that "whenever it comes, it takes some work back."
It's all called "Mandatory Fun," or forced fun.
For some, this can be real fun, liberating, laughing, socializing.
But for many more people, this is a serious "pumping of life energy," especially in an age when a lot of work takes more brain power than body power.
The echoes from social media in the working world are very clear.
* "Hate Post-it with Flip Chart by the Sea"
* "If you have to carry a computer to Outing, let's use your days to stay home."
* "Go to rest, but tired than working in the office," etc.
What organizations think of as "unity" is sometimes defined by employees as the cutting edge of their personal lives, and when the cutting edge is repeated, Psychological Safety gradually regresses without management noticing.

𧎠"The Power of Choice" or "Choice" is the survival of the new era Outing.
The core of many outings is not the budget, not the location, and not the number of activities, but the only question:
"Have employees" chosen "their own lives on this trip?"
Instead of designing activities for everyone to do the same 24 hours a day, we changed to Personal Outing on the Voluntary Basis and let employees design their own experiences.
We divided it into three simple groups.
1. Active Group
Pie Sup Board Diving Hiking Up The Hill Who Wants To Use Your Full Power Go To The Best
2. Cafe Hopper Line & Content
Beautiful dress, go to the cafe, take pictures, make light content, walk the city, eat delicious things.
3. Deep Restore
I don't want to do anything. Stay in the hotel, get up late, soak in the tub, read, listen to quiet music.
The result is not only "temporary happiness," but a full life energy.
* Nobody complains
* No one forced
* No one has to "perform" to please the executive.
* And no one feels himself an outsider.
Come back to eat together in the evening. If you want to sing, sing. If you want to talk quietly, separate the band. If you want to sleep, sleep without guilt.
"Unity is not caused by being tied together all the time, but by the organization sincerely respecting employee differences."

ðŊ changed Mindset in a big way from "Investment" to "Reward."
The root of many Outing problems is that executives view it as an investment.
Once paid, the ROI is expected to return.
* New Idea
* New Strategy
* Elevated Teamwork immediately after the trip
But this point of view is a direct trap, because Outing is not a strategic forum, and it is not a leadership training course. I would like to change the framework to see Outing as a "Reward" rather than a reward of tiredness, stress, and dedication throughout the year.
The goal of Outing should therefore be to leave only one question:
"How to make employees happy and least tired?"
* If you want to be close â Pan Pig Band Liqueur Board Game Band Small Band More Powerful Than Walking Rally in the Sun
* If you want a job â Do it at the office, have air conditioning, have equipment, concentrate a lot more
* If you want an idea â Sometimes letting your brain get free actually brings creativity back.

âĻ Less Activity, More Empathy
The best Outing of this era is not the tightest trip, not the most expensive trip, and not the most satisfying trip by executives.
But it's the most "free" trip for employees.
* Stop expecting business results from leisure trips.
* Stop forcing everyone to have fun at the same time
* Stop interpreting the word Team Building with activities that people must use to smile.
And accept the simple fact that for some people, "lying down without a job,"
Is the most powerful Team Building in your working life now.
In the end, Outing is not a man management tool, but an index that measures how much we respect the humanity of our employees and how valuable their lives outside their jobs are.
"A good Outing is an Outing that goes to eat, sleep, go home, finish... and then everyone wakes up to work with even more power."
