🧠 "logic" is more important than "tools"?
Thinking power in an age when AI is better... but may people think less?
In the days when anyone has access to AI, the key question is not
"How good are you at using AI?" But is
"Can you still think for it?"
Over the past two years, I've heard repeated questions from almost every level of worker, from new employees to senior executives in large organizations.
* "What is Prompt to get an answer?"
* "Is there a secret recipe? Print once, get a job?"
* "Which AI should an organization choose between A and B?" etc.
These questions are not wrong, and they are not uncommon in technology transitions, but the worrying thing is that they are taking us to the wrong focus.
Because all questions start with "tools" before asking "how to think."
And this is the key trap of the GenAI era: we are accelerating to find better tools, but spending less and less time practicing thinking.
If let this trend continue, what we will lose is not just some skill, but "human decision-making power itself."

The real problem is that AI does not represent good people, it represents "unthinkable."
Philosophically, technology is never the culprit itself, but every time technology changes the world, it acts like a mirror that reflects human limitations more clearly.
* The steam machine era. Unmasking workers who lacked basic skills.
* The computer age uncovers people who don't think systematically.
* And the AI era is exposing people who stop thinking and leave their brains with tools.
AI is very good at matters that humans should "never waste time."
* Fast processing
* Can compose the language beautifully
* Synthesize huge amounts of data in a fraction of a second.
But there are three important things that AI cannot do, and should not be expected to do for humans.
1. Responsible for results in the real world.
2. Understand the value context and human dignity.
3. Decide amid moral and social ambiguity.
These powers, if humans do not hold them themselves, will slowly slip away quietly without our knowledge.

Prompt is not magic, but it is a "thought blueprint."
Many organizations are severely mistaking that.
"AI talent is someone who prints Prompt well?"
In fact, Prompt is not a spell, but a structure of thought that is converted into language.
If GenAI is like a genius, Prompt is
* Work order
* Expectation framework
* And the value set passed on by the boss to the system.
How good are the people? If the boss doesn't dictate, the results can't be good. "AI is no different."
The simple principle is "Garbage In, Garbage Out."
AI does not automatically make us smarter, it only expands the user's "old way of thinking" louder and faster. If the user thinks shallow, AI will make the shallowness look more beautiful and reliable, which can be more dangerous than a home mistake.

The silent crisis in the organization from "thinking → ordering → believing."
The biggest concern in many organizations today is not the adoption of AI too quickly.
But to believe the results of AI too quickly.
The process should be
Think → Question → Check → Decide
Is being shortened to just
Order → Get the answer → Believe
Results that are beginning to be evident in the real world include
* A strategy that looks good on the slide but doesn't work in the actual field.
* Performance Review that is linguistically correct but destroys team relationships.
* Faster decisions, but repeated mistakes without anyone taking responsibility.
The problem is not that AI is not good, but because humans stop "thinking about" what they get.

Is logic the last power that AI cannot replace?
Strategically, future organizations will not divide people into
* People using AI are
* People using AI are not
But it will be divided into two completely different groups.
1. People who can represent AI → determine the direction
2. People who give AI to think instead → are directed.
Logic is therefore not a subskill, but a
Governance Power
* Who's questioning? That person controls the game.
* Who checks the reason is responsible for the results?
* Who can separate "intelligence" from "authenticity"? That person is the real leader.

AI era leaders must change their roles from good people → meaning control people.
Many leaders in this era have not failed because they do not understand technology.
But failed because the decision was given to the system too quickly.
The new role of the leader is therefore not.
* Choose the most advanced tool
* Or use AI to cover all processes.
But is to dare to stand behind a more important question.
* Does this make sense?
* Is this fair enough?
* Is this consistent with the value of the Organization?
AI does not have a moral compass. If the leader does not hold this compass himself, the organization may move faster, but is unknowingly lost.

So "the scariest people are not the best AI people."
In the modern world, the scariest people are not the ones with the smartest AI, but the ones with the "sharpest AI logic."
Because after all, AI is just an amplifier.
* If you enter laziness, it will magnify laziness.
* If greed is fed, it amplifies greed.
* But if responsible thinking is entered, it expands human wisdom.
So the last question an organization should ask is not a platform or a feature, but a question that comes back to ourselves honestly.
On a day when AI can think of almost everything...Can we... still think about it?
ถ้าครูให้ “ค้นหาตัวอย่างสถานการณ์ที่แสดงถึงเหตุผลวิบัติในโลกออนไลน์มา 1 ตัวอย่าง” ฉันขอยกกรณีที่เจอบ่อยมากในฟีดข่าว และยิ่งหนักขึ้นในยุคที่คนเริ่ม “สั่ง AI → ได้คำตอบ → เชื่อ” แบบไม่ตรวจสอบ ตัวอย่างสถานการณ์ (แบบโพสต์/คลิปสั้น) มีคนโพสต์คลิปรีวิวอาหารเสริม/ยาสมุนไพร พร้อมแคปชันประมาณว่า “หมอบอกหายาก แต่ตัวนี้กิน 7 วันดีขึ้น! คนคอมเมนต์เป็นพัน ทุกคนบอกว่าเห็นผล แปลว่ามันได้ผลจริง” จากนั้นมีคนเอาข้อความไปถาม AI ให้สรุป แล้วนำคำตอบที่ดูเป็นทางการมาแปะต่อท้าย ทำให้โพสต์น่าเชื่อถือขึ้นไปอีก เหตุผลวิบัติที่ซ่อนอยู่ (ชี้จุดให้ชัด) 1) อ้างคนส่วนใหญ่ (Bandwagon / Argumentum ad populum) “คอมเมนต์เยอะ คนแชร์เยอะ = จริง/ได้ผล” เป็นตรรกะที่ไม่สมเหตุสมผล เพราะความนิยมไม่ใช่หลักฐานทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ต่อให้คนพูดเหมือนกันจำนวนมาก ก็ยังอาจมาจากอคติการเลือกเห็น (เลือกอ่านแต่คอมเมนต์ที่ชม) หรือการตลาด/หน้าม้าได้ 2) หลังจากนี้เพราะสิ่งนี้ (Post hoc ergo propter hoc) “กินแล้วดีขึ้น” ไม่ได้แปลว่า “ดีขึ้นเพราะสิ่งที่กิน” เสมอไป อาการบางอย่างหายเองตามเวลา หรือดีขึ้นเพราะพักผ่อน/ปรับพฤติกรรมอย่างอื่นก็ได้ 3) เลือกข้อมูลที่เข้าข้าง (Cherry picking) โพสต์มักหยิบเฉพาะประสบการณ์ที่สำเร็จมาเล่า แต่ไม่พูดถึงคนที่ไม่เห็นผล/แพ้/ผลข้างเคียง ทำให้ภาพรวมบิดเบี้ยว ทำไมกรณีนี้ถึงเกี่ยวกับ ‘กับดักเครื่องมือ’ และ ‘พลังแห่งตรรกะ’ สิ่งที่ฉันเห็นบ่อยคือคนใช้ AI เป็นเหมือน “ตราประทับความน่าเชื่อถือ” ทั้งที่ AI แค่เรียบเรียงภาษาให้ดูดีได้ แต่ไม่ได้รับผิดชอบผลลัพธ์ในโลกจริง และไม่ได้มีเข็มทิศด้านคุณค่าหรือศีลธรรมให้เราโดยอัตโนมัติ ถ้าเราไม่คิด ตั้งคำถาม และตรวจสอบเอง เราก็จะถูก “ความลื่นไหลของคำตอบ” หลอกได้ง่ายมาก วิธีตอบงานให้ได้คะแนนดี (พร้อมแนวทางตรวจสอบ) - ระบุประเภทเหตุผลวิบัติให้ชัด: เช่น “อ้างคนส่วนใหญ่”, “สรุปเหตุ-ผลผิด”, “เลือกข้อมูลที่เข้าข้าง” - ยกประโยคจากสถานการณ์มาอธิบายว่า ‘ประโยคนี้ผิดตรรกะตรงไหน’ - เสนอคำถามตรวจสอบ 3 ข้อ (ใช้ได้กับแทบทุกโพสต์) 1) หลักฐานคืออะไร? เป็นงานวิจัย/แหล่งที่ตรวจสอบได้ไหม หรือเป็นแค่ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว 2) มีคำอธิบายอื่นไหมที่ทำให้เกิดผลลัพธ์เดียวกัน (ไม่จำเป็นต้องมาจากสิ่งที่อ้าง) 3) ถ้าข้อมูลนี้ผิด ใครรับผลกระทบ และเราควรระวังอะไร สรุปสั้นๆ: ตัวอย่างนี้ชัดเจนว่า “จำนวนคนเชื่อ” ไม่เท่ากับ “ความถูกต้อง” และยิ่งถ้าเอา AI มาช่วยเขียนให้ดูน่าเชื่อ แล้วคนอ่านไม่ใช้ตรรกะตรวจสอบ ก็ยิ่งเสี่ยงตัดสินใจผิดได้ง่าย
