5 days a week workout split

This is my weekly routine that has helped me drop 30+ pounds in 6 months!

Monday- CARDIO

30 minutes of cardio (target heart rate range 160-180)

Tuesday- ARM DAY 💪🏼

1. 10 minutes of cardio

2. Lateral raises 3 sets of 10 (10/15 lb weights)

3. Shoulder press 3 sets of 10 (10/15 lb weights)

4. Tricep press 3 sets of 10 (15/20 lb weight)

5. Standing dumbbell curl 3 sets of 10 (10/15 lb weights)

6. Upright dumbbell rows 3 sets of 12 (10/15 in weights)

7. Hammer curls 4 sets of 10 (10/15 lb weights)

8. Reverse curls 4 sets of 10 (10/15 in weights)

Wednesday- Rest day 😴

Thursday- Leg day 🦵

1. Leg Press 5 sets of 10

2. Leg extension machine 5 sets of 10

3. Glute machine 5 sets of 10

4. Calf raise machine 5 sets of 10

5. Leg curl 5 sets of 10

6. 15 minutes on the stair stepper

Friday- CARDIO

30 minutes of choice cardio (target heart rate range 160-180)

Saturday- Full body

Sunday- Rest
