• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 3 tbsp icing sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• A few drops of vanilla
• 1 egg

Apple Filling (Extra Full):
• 6 apples, grated
• 4–5 tbsp sugar (to taste)

Instructions:
1. Cook the grated apples with sugar and cinnamon until soft and most of the liquid evaporates. Let cool.
2. In a bowl, mix butter, yogurt, icing sugar, egg, vanilla, and vinegar.
3. Add baking powder and cornstarch. Gradually add flour to form a soft, non-sticky dough.
4. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
5. Take large pieces of dough, fill generously with the apple mixture, and seal.
6. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 18–20 minutes until lightly golden.
