we overthink…she just lives💕
trying harder isn’t always the answer
sometimes it’s the reason you’re stuck..

Overthinking is a common struggle many of us face daily, especially when we try to solve problems by pushing ourselves harder. I’ve personally experienced how relentless thinking and effort often leave me feeling stuck rather than progressing. It’s fascinating to see how animals, like dogs, capture such a different approach to life. They don’t obsess over decisions or dwell on what-ifs—they just live in the present moment, enjoying simple pleasures like sunsets or a walk in the park. From my experience, adopting a mindset closer to "she just lives" can be transformative. This means focusing less on relentless problem-solving and more on mindful presence and acceptance. Sometimes, the hardest step toward growth is to pause, breathe, and let go of overanalyzing. This shift can reduce mental clutter and give space for new ideas and solutions to emerge naturally. Additionally, community support, like connecting with other dog lovers or people who enjoy nature, often helps me maintain this mindset. Sharing moments from daily life, such as sunset photography or dogmom life, reminds me that life is about balance—between effort and ease. Living in Salt Lake City has also shown me the value of embracing my surroundings and slowing down to appreciate everyday moments. When I stop overthinking and start living, I notice an increased sense of joy and freedom. So if you find yourself stuck in thought loops, consider stepping back and adopting a gentler, more present approach to life. Sometimes trying less, and living more, is the key to moving forward.
