Additionally, protecting hair from heat tools is crucial. Always use a heat protectant spray before styling and limit the use of flat irons or curling irons. Over time, heat exposure can cause dryness and breakage, which makes hair look dull and lifeless. Finally, paying attention to your diet and hydration levels supports hair health from the inside out.
