A portrait of Jazzy, a woman with short hair and glasses, wearing a dark turtleneck, with "New to lemon8" and "Jazzy" text, introducing herself to the platform.
A woman sitting on the floor, surrounded by text listing her attributes: "30, a mom, lives in Boston, loves to thrift, create, fashion, and family."
An airplane window view of a clear blue sky and clouds, with a child's hand and a foot in a sneaker visible, accompanied by the text "what I hope to share...".

Almost 2 weeks with my RingConn and been loving it
I got the RingConn gen 2 in the color “Royal Gold” size 7 even tho in regular rings I’m a size 4-5. I don’t have much complaints about it as of now. I’ll update again after 1-2 months. #ringconn #ringstack

An open cardboard box reveals a white RingConn product box featuring four smart rings in various finishes. Overlay text highlights the choice of RingConn over Oura Ring, calling it a favorite wellness accessory.
The image displays the open RingConn product box, showing a gold smart ring nestled in one compartment and a RingConn branded card in another. Overlay text emphasizes the absence of a monthly subscription as a key reason for choosing it.
A collage shows a hand wearing a clear ring protector over a smart ring, alongside various colorful silicone ring protectors. Text explains these protectors are for activities like gym, swimming, and cleaning, preventing scratches and keeping the ring new.
RingConn vs Oura: My honest choice 💬

An anatomical model of the human head, neck, and upper torso muscles is displayed, with the text overlay "LET'S STUDY MUSCLES." The model shows detailed musculature and vascular structures, set against a blurred background of a classroom.
A handwritten study sheet titled "Articulation Summary Table" details structural and functional types of joints, binding materials, bone shapes, movement types, and examples. It also includes questions for identifying skeletal muscles and defining terms like origin, insertion, and prime mover.
Handwritten notes on "Muscles of the Head and Anterior Neck" list muscles like Frontalis and Masseter, their actions, and locations. The page also details synovial joint movements, including gliding, angular, rotational, and special movements with examples.
💪 let’s study together 💪
our most recent unit is muscles! this has definitely been the most challenging for me in terms of learning all the functions and remember what each muscle is due to how similar they look. these are my most recent notes, complete with the sayings i am using to remember certain things and photos
