As an AXO sister, I can't express how much I look forward to our regular AXO Coffee Day at Catalina Cafe. It's more than just a free coffee; it's a designated time to connect, de-stress, and get things done in a super cozy environment. Our Vice President of Intellectual Development really hit it out of the park with this initiative, making it a cornerstone of our sorority experience. First off, let's talk about Catalina Cafe itself. It's truly a specialty coffee shop, not just any grab-and-go place. From the moment you walk past its charming exterior, you know you're in for a treat. Inside, there are so many options to choose from! Whether you're a fan of rich espressos, creamy lattes, or like me, prefer a comforting hot tea, they have it all. The menu boards are extensive, offering various drinks, eats, and even some unique adventure items, ensuring there's something for every craving. It's fantastic for fueling up before a long study session or just enjoying a casual chat. These coffee days are a genius way to tackle college life. It’s tough balancing academics with social commitments, but having a dedicated time and place where everyone gathers makes it easy.
