I am usually weary when it comes to wellness workbooks. I have tried some in the past and they just haven’t worked for me. However, my therapist recommended this workbook for me when we addressed my perfectionism and I am loving it. The mindful self compassion workbook has some great exercises to help you understand your feelings on a deeper level.
