One thing I’ve realize over the years is that I will NOT be cutting out my favourite foods just to lose a bit of fat (and nor do you have to).

I have found many different ways to eat some of my favorite foods and meals by swapping some ingredients or using different recipes to make them a bit more macro friendly.

Of course the 80/20 rule is always what I am for with my nutrition, so even with some healthier swaps, I am still able to enjoy the “fun” foods as well.

Meal 1: 0% fat greek yogurt with strawberries, granola and reduced sugar syrup + coffee (not pictured)

Meal 2: chicken salad

Snack 1: protein bar

Meal 3: lentil pasta with reduced fat mozzarella, pumpkin seeds and balsamic glaze

Snack 4: ice cream, plain and simple

Snack 5: dark chocolate
