私も最近新居に引っ越した際、この5つのルーティンを実践しました。特にバルサンを使った害虫対策は効果抜群で、空っぽの部屋で行うことで家具の裏側まで薬剤が届き、害虫の侵入をかなり防げました。防カビくん煙剤も水回りに使うことで、すぐに黒カビが発生するのを防ぎ、キッチンやバスルームが清潔になりました。また、IH周りや巾木にマスキングテープを貼るのは、ちょっとした工夫ですが、汚れが付きにくくなり掃除の手間が減りました。エアコンのドレンキャップ設置も見落としがちですが、これをすることで害虫の侵入防止だけでなく、排水のトラブルも軽減でき、快適な生活が続きます。掃除の基本はホコリ取りから。このルーティンを守れば、家具を設置した後も掃除がスムーズに進み、新生活のスタートを快適に切れました。私自身、こうした事前準備をしてから引越しを終えたことで、日々の掃除の負担が減り、より良い暮らしを実感しています。引越しを控えている方は、是非この5つのルーティンをチェックリスト化して、入居当日に慌てずに対応してみてください。新生活の快適さが格段にアップすること間違いなしです！
