You know you spend too much time on your phone when your pinky has a permanent dent from holding it up all day. Yep, that’s me. I checked my screen time, and let’s just say… 14+ hours a day isn’t exactly “balanced.” Facebook alone? 30+ hours a week. My phone and I are basically in a committed relationship at this point.
So, I’m officially making a phone detox plan (before my pinky fully evolves into a built-in phone stand). Here’s my strategy:
✅ Setting screen time limits (Goodbye, endless scrolling)
✅ No screens first & last hour of the day (Send thoughts & prayers)
✅ Using an actual alarm clock (because my phone is a trap)
✅ Taking screen-free breaks (aka remembering the real world exists)
