All my card pulls lately have been centered on anxiety with this vague suggestion that the things/events at the cause are past or ending. It's difficult to see the end of the anxiety. It can be overwhelming at times and has a tendency to sneak up out of seemingly nowhere. But this is what therapy, and husbands, and trusted friends and family are good for. As well as creative outlets, art, walks with dogs, yoga, meditation. 🖤🔥
