MY VISION VS GODS VISION

Reflecting on the difference between my own vision and God's vision has been a transformative experience. Like many, I once chased dreams centered around success, family happiness, and worldly pleasures such as traveling the globe. While these are beautiful goals, I gradually realized that without aligning with God's higher purpose, they felt incomplete and somewhat hollow. In my journey, I’ve found that seeking the 'sound of the Upper Room'—a metaphor for spiritual awakening and divine guidance—provides a profound sense of fulfillment. It’s about tuning in to heaven’s sound, a calling that transcends personal ambitions and focuses on impacting others through faith and love. This alignment requires sacrifice and a shift in priorities. It’s not about abandoning dreams but allowing God to shape and redefine them so that my life’s work serves a greater kingdom assignment. Practically, this means seeking God’s direction in daily decisions, remaining open to change, and finding joy in serving a purpose larger than myself. I encourage anyone wrestling with similar questions to embrace this journey of spiritual discernment.
