Being fully present during these morning moments creates a peaceful foundation for the day ahead. It’s less about rushing and more about connecting to yourself and your surroundings. The ritual of lighting a Rest deeply candle has become symbolic of this commitment to calm and self-care. My experience shows that embracing this kind of slow morning routine revitalizes energy and encourages continuous learning and growth in everyday life.
