💭💖 Feelings: Very comfortable. Hemp scrub, fragrance is relaxed, feel good, do not cut the skin at all. Back then, the skin is soft, slippery, bouncy. Aroma massage almost fell asleep many times. ถ้าเสิร์ชคำว่า “ตึก GMM” แล้วตั้งใจไปทำสปา เราว่า XING SPA เป็นหนึ่งในร้านที่ไปง่ายและค่อนข้างชัดเจนเรื่องพิกัด เพราะร้านอยู่ในตึกเลย (ชั้น AA หรือชั้น 13) ทำให้วันไหนมีธุระแถวนั้นก็แวะได้ ไม่ต้องออกไปไกล วิธีไปแบบที่เราใช้ (ละเอียดขึ้น) - ลง MRT เพชรบุรี แล้วออกมาด้านที่เดินไปตึก GMM สะดวกสุด - จาก MRT จะเลือก “เดิน” ประมาณ 10 นาทีได้เลย (แนะนำใส่รองเท้าที่เดินสบาย) หรือถ้ากลัวร้อน/รีบก็ “ต่อวิน” จะไวมาก - พอถึงตึกแล้วให้ดูป้ายบอกทางไป XING SPA และกดลิฟต์ขึ้นไปชั้น AA (ชั้น 13) จะมีป้ายหน้าร้านค่อนข้างชัด ก่อนเข้าคอร์สควรรู้อะไรบ้าง - ที่ร้านจะมีขั้นตอนต้อนรับ เช่น เครื่องดื่ม/ให้นั่งรอ กรอกฟอร์มข้อมูลสุขภาพเล็กน้อย และเปลี่ยนรองเท้าก่อนเข้าห้อง - ห้องสปาค่อนข้างเป็นส่วนตัว มีเตียงนวดและอ่างอาบน้ำ (ใครชอบความไพรเวทน่าจะถูกใจ) - แนะนำบอกพนักงานได้เลยว่าชอบน้ำหนักมือแบบไหน เน้นคลายไหล่-หลัง หรืออยากให้เบาหน่อย จุดนี้ทำให้ประสบการณ์ดีขึ้นมาก เลือกสครับแบบไหนดี (จากความรู้สึกหลังลอง/ดูข้อมูลที่ร้าน) - สครับกัญชง (Hemp Seed Shell) เหมาะกับคนอยากผ่อนคลาย กลิ่นแนวสบายๆ และเน้นผิวนุ่ม - สครับงา (Seasame) เหมาะกับคนกังวลผิวไม่เรียบ/รอยแตกลาย อยากให้ผิวดูเนียนขึ้น - สครับซากุระ (Sakura) เหมาะกับสายผิวดูใสอมชมพู เน้นบำรุงลึก - สครับทองคำ (Golden) เหมาะกับคนชอบฟีลพรีเมียม เน้นแอนตี้ออกซิแดนท์/ความยืดหยุ่นผิว - สครับผลไม้ (Fruit) เหมาะกับคนมีรอยสิวที่หลัง/อยากผิวดูกระจ่างขึ้น เพราะมีวิตามินซี ทิปเล็กๆ ให้คุ้มกว่าเดิม - ไปก่อนเวลานัด 10–15 นาที จะได้มีเวลานั่งพักและเลือกกลิ่น/สครับแบบไม่รีบ - หลังทำสครับ+นวด วันนั้นพยายามทาครีมบำรุงเพิ่มและดื่มน้ำเยอะๆ เรารู้สึกว่าผิวนุ่มนานขึ้น - เช็กเวลาเปิด-ปิดด้วย เพราะร้านปิดวันจันทร์ และเสาร์-อาทิตย์ปิดเร็วกว่า โดยรวมถ้าใครตั้งใจมาตึก GMM แล้วอยากหากิจกรรมผ่อนคลายแบบจบในที่เดียว (มีทั้งสครับผิว + นวดอโรม่า + ห้องส่วนตัวมีอ่างอาบน้ำ) เราว่าเป็นตัวเลือกที่ “มาง่าย ทำสบาย และคุ้มกับโปร 999฿” มากๆ
