Ingredients:

• 6 mini bagels (or 3 full-sized bagels, split in half)

• ½ pound breakfast sausage (crumbled)

• 6 large eggs

• ¼ cup milk

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ¼ teaspoon black pepper

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)

• 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for cooking eggs)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.

3. Prepare Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

4. Cook Scrambled Eggs: In the same skillet, heat butter and cook the egg mixture until just set.

5. Assemble Bagels:

• Place bagel halves on the baking sheet.

• Sprinkle a little cheese on each.
