First 1 Day Banquet Casual Review Fun Tired But Full Experience

Today I'm going to tell my friends our first casual catering experience. It's a fun day, tired, but a lot of new experiences.

The event runs from 09: 00 to 21: 00. We get to the hotel first to register and pick up the hotel uniform, then change the dress, and then the hotel has a car to the venue.

When you get to the front of the event, the first thing to do is to set up the place. Whether it's raising the table, setting the glass zone, getting the equipment ready for the evening, the morning will not be very busy, because some of the team has already prepared, we just help fill in the points assigned by the staff.

After the morning's work, fine, lunch break and wait for the evening's actual work.

At 18: 00, the event begins. The atmosphere changes immediately! Staff, the team leader, will come to reeve what each person is responsible for, who is in which zone. Our job is to take care of the desk and take care of their own station.

This is a lot of chaos, because the guests are starting to come in. We have to serve water, take care of the guests, collect plates, collect glasses, collect chopsticks spoons, and clear the table for the next menu. Everyone has almost no time to talk, because they have to work all the time.

The most obvious thing was a lot of leg pain because of standing and walking throughout the event, but it was a great experience to see the background work of the banquet.

Finally, our job ended around 9: 30 p.m. (a little over 30 minutes) to be tired, but I was proud to have passed the first day of casual work.
