It’s less about strict categories and more about understanding what your hair needs. My go-to Curly Hair Care Routine starts in the shower. I always recommend a sulfate-free shampoo and a rich, moisturizing conditioner. Finger-detangling in the shower with conditioner in your hair is a game-changer – it minimizes breakage and keeps your curl pattern intact. After rinsing, I apply a leave-in conditioner or curl cream to soaking wet hair. This helps lock in moisture and provides a base for styling. Styling for Definition and Volume is where the magic happens! I usually section my hair and apply a styling gel or mousse.
